Carmel Valley Estate “Bell Ranch”
Ripe boysenberry, blueberry, plum, and savory black olive with an elegant layer of vanilla, herbs, and a hint of cocoa. A dark, inky color leads into a luscious mouthfeel of blackberry, black raspberry, and finishes with cinnamon and white pepper that is surrounded by nicely etched tannins. Great balance with a full and lengthy finish. Pair with roasted leg of lamb, braised or BBQ beef, and aged hard cheeses like gouda.
