Santa Lucia Highlands Estate
Aromas of black cherry, damson plum, blackberry preserve, and sweet tobacco with hints of rose petals and vanilla. Rich and textured on the entry, that opens into bright red cherry and red currants with backgrounds of clove and cinnamon stick. Medium bodied that is marked with classic Santa Lucia Highlands “soft” tannins and has oodles of fresh acidity. Pair with poached salmon and spring vegetables.
