Developing aromatics showing peppery spice and currants. Chewy texture with dense layers of caramel, vanillin, and licorice flavors. Tannins are young but very fine and should resolve over the next 3 – 4 years. Solid acid backbone will preserve fruit while tannins resolve and complexity builds with proper aging. This would be great with bar-b-que ribs and chicken.
