Black Raspberry notes with a touch of lavender and subtle ripe olive herbal notes.This wine has a soft unctuous texture and sweet berry flavors that are long lasting and rich. Finish is still a little edgy as this is still a young developing pinot, but it will compliment herb crusted pork tenderloin or any savory sauce with fowl.
